According to the Dubai Land Division, a record-breaking 97,398 real-estate transactions needed devote 2022, addressing a staggering 78% increase set alongside the previous year. This upward development is also reflected in rising property prices, with Dubai residential house prices viewing a solid 10% increase in 2023.
